Since 1995, the Texas Commission on the Arts (TCA) has made use of the teal and gold running man logo graphic design. While the corporate logo design served TCA well for thirteen years, the agency has evolved and it is time to update the brand to better reflect changes at the agency. TCA is under new leadership and moving in a new direction.
